The outdoor wallpaper discs will be installed under the bridges of Pope’s Road corner Brixton Station Road and will be on display 24/7 for anyone passing. We hope for them to last longer than just the LDF time period due to the importance of their content/messages.
Addressing global environmental issues head on Brixton based designer Katja Behre aka Elli Popp presents her vision of cosmic landscapes and interplanetary travel. These large collage discs use elements of Elli Popp’s Cosmos Wallpaper collection inspired by Jules Verne’s tales. The pieces are playful in approach, and combine vintage photographs more than a century old with more contemporary ones.

Katja took the liberty as a Print Designer/Artist to address global environmental topics close to her heart - which all of us humans on this planet should be more aware off and help attack and make lasting changes.
These collages will be available to buy as art prints in various sizes - starting from the 16th September 2018 at the Art Car Boot Fair 50% of all profits will be donated to small charities or institutions, tackling the issues in question to help support them. Lets help this world to become a better world!
